Fire Alarm Test/Inspection Services

All electronic components fail. Electronic components of a fire alarm system, then, will fail at some point in time. After proper installation, an ongoing Test/Maintenance program is the factor that most contributes to continued efficient operation of a fire alarm system. As a building owner it is your responsibility to check the operating condition of this equipment on a regular basis. We can provide you with quality fire alarm testing and maintenance.

Beyond Basic Testing

Our extended device Test/Inspection program is designed to keep a detailed list of all equipment tested. All equipment is listed in a database and updated as needed.

For your peace of mind and to meet the requirements of your insurance carrier, the fire department, or other organization, (J.C.A.H.O. for example), we can customize a program for your particular needs. With our knowledge and resources, we will provide you with the proper replacement parts.

Our fire alarm and sprinkler technicians are fully licensed and trained to perform testing, maintenance and service following NFPA, state and local fire alarm and sprinkler codes. Our technicians attend regular factory training classes to keep them up to date with the latest equipment technologies and troubleshooting techniques. As a member of National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) , the Automatic Fire Alarm Association (AFAA), and other industry organizations, we are constantly reviewing our own test/inspection procedures and changing to accommodate industry standards to ensure your system is properly maintained. Our goal is for your facility to have a fully functional fire alarm system at all times by providing the highest quality of service.

Fire Pump Testing Services

Anyone who has witnessed a fire pump test knows the degree of knowledge and proper equipment necessary to perform this work. 1,200 gallons per minute of Water is not easy to control. Our custom designed and manufactured fire pump test equipment is one indication that we take our testing very seriously. High pressure water hoses are diffused with our trailer mounted equipment. The result? Your building grounds are protected from high pressure water hoses that can destroy landscaping and spray stagnant, rusty water over vehicles and buildings.

Testing and documentation is performed in accordance with NFPA 20 Requirements. Fire Pump performance is graphed for comprehensive analysis by our fire-safety personnel and for authorities having jurisdiction.
